Hail & Ghasha Artificial Island Construction

Hail & Ghasha Artificial Island Construction (10150) is a major component of the multi-billion dollar Hail and Ghasha sour gas field development project by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). The project involves the construction of eleven artificial islands to facilitate the drilling of wells, support production facilities, and establish an offshore operations and maintenance base.

Al Dabbi’ya Surface Facilities Phase 3-Cluster & Pipeline

The Al Dabbi'ya Surface Facilities Phase 3 was a major project by the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO, now part of ADNOC Onshore) to expand crude oil production capacity in the North East Bab (NEB) asset.

Khalifa Port SQW

NiSi Taweelah Ramhan Islands

The Ramhan Island Development Project is a large-scale, luxurious mixed-use development near Taweelah, Abu Dhabi which vision is to create a luxury waterfront sanctuary that blends modern living with natural beauty, featuring mangrove trees, scenic bays, and private beaches.

Shamal Development Project

The Shamal Development Project was a major marine infrastructure expansion within Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi, aimed at boosting the port's capacity and establishing it as a major global trade hub.

BAB Integrated Facilities

The BAB Integrated Facilities Project (BIFP) was a significant upgrade and expansion of the existing processing facilities at the Bab oil and gas field, one of the largest and oldest onshore fields in Abu Dhabi, operated by ADNOC Onshore.

HVDC Subsea Transmission System

The project involves around 1,000 kilometers of HVDC cables bundled with fiber optics, comprising two independent subsea links which run from onshore converter stations (at Mirfa and Shuweihat) to offshore facilities (Das Island and Al Ghallan/Zakum cluster).

The Ras Al Qila Dredging Works project was a vital marine operation in Abu Dhabi, primarily associated with supporting the emirate's broader oil and gas infrastructure and development along the coast.

KP Etihad Rail Project

The Khalifa Port (KP) – Etihad Rail Project was a critical infrastructure initiative aimed at integrating the UAE's national railway network with one of its most important deep-water ports. It connected Khalifa Port, a major trade and logistics hub, directly to the Etihad Rail network via a dedicated rail terminal. This integration enables seamless, efficient, and sustainable freight movement between ships at the port and destinations across the UAE and, eventually, the GCC region.

Al Omairah Project

The island is a key part of the multi-billion dollar Lower Zakum Long Term Development Plan Phase 1 (LZ LTDP-1) led by ADNOC Offshore. This ambitious project aims to expand and sustain oil production from the vital Lower Zakum field.

Ruwais LNG Project

The project is the first LNG export facility in the Middle East and Africa to operate on clean power. The primary goal is to significantly expand the UAE's liquefied natural gas (LNG) production capacity to meet growing global demand. The facility will effectively more than double ADNOC's current LNG production.
